At Companion Pet, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 days of receiving your product, without the need to provide any justification.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer alterations.
Personalized Products
Personalized or customized products are non-returnable, except in cases of:

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free of charge if the issue is due to a store error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during delivery).

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds are issued within up to 7 business days after inspection.
